The installation uses the vehicle's original connectors and a multi-function module for the trailer. Compatible with standard bulbs and LED trailer lights.
The parking assist system switches off automatically when a trailer/bike carrier is connected and detected.
Trailer lights are controlled from the vehicle and the driver will be informed if the trailer's turn signals, trailer's tail lights, or trailer's brake lights are not functioning correctly – in the event of a malfunction of the trailer's turn signals or brake lights, an audible warning will also sound.
