The installation uses the vehicle's original connectors and a multi-function module for the trailer. Compatible with standard bulbs and LED trailer lights.
The parking assist system switches off automatically when a trailer/bike carrier is connected and detected.
The trailer lights are controlled from the vehicle, and the driver is informed if the trailer's direction indicators, rear lights or brake lights are defective – an audible warning also sounds if the trailer's direction indicators or brake lights fail.
